We hereby give permission to contact you in connection with the business activities of NOBLE GROUP, a.s.
The WERO investment group hereby emphatically distances itself from any activities and offers of investment opportunities by NOBLE GROUP, a.s. related to the bond issue of its subsidiary NOBLE INVEST s.r.o. called "Noble Invest I/2028", as part of its project for the construction of three family semi-detached houses in the locality of Zeměchy - Kralupy nad Vltavou, which could be delivered to your contact addresses.
From the content of the above investment project offer of NOBLE GROUP, a.s. it follows that the company NOBLE GROUP, a.s. sponsors on behalf of the WERO investment group, while its wording may give the impression that the WERO investment group is involved in this project. Against such behavior of NOBLE GROUP, a.s. we strongly define ourselves.
We hereby declare that the WERO investment group with the company NOBLE GROUP, a.s. and its business activities, has no property or other connection and does not participate in its business or other activities in any other way.
We want to assure you that the contact addresses to which offers from NOBLE GROUP, a.s. sent, were obtained and unauthorizedly used by our former employee without the knowledge of the WERO investment group. With regard to the wording of the text of the above-mentioned offer, the relevant former employee and the company NOBLE GROUP, a.s. misused the good name and reputation of the WERO investment group when creating the above offer.
We are fully aware of the seriousness of this situation and are taking all appropriate steps to prevent further unauthorized actions by a former employee who misused access to sensitive WERO investment group data obtained by him in the past.
We deeply regret any inconvenience this situation may have caused you. We assure you that we are working intensively to correct and secure all our internal processes so that similar excesses by individuals do not happen again.
