WORLD WATER DAY
22. 3. 2022
22 March marks the annual World Water Day, proclaimed by the United Nations in 1992. This year's theme is "GROUNDWATER" with the accompanying theme "Groundwater is invisible, but its impact is visible everywhere". The importance of groundwater is underscored by the Water Act, which states, among other things, that "Groundwater resources shall be reserved in priority for the supply of drinking water to the population". All of WERO's water management projects place the utmost importance on the protection of drinking water. Celebrate World Water Day with us today!
